Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries with clarity, professionalism and speed
  • Share accurate information to support customer purchase decisions
  • Assist clients in understanding product features and service options
  • Record customer feedback and maintain communication logs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Good computer literacy and fast typing skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional, calm and customer-first mindset

Nice to have

  • Background in customer service or digital retail
  • Interest in consumer electronics and tech
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language
  • Quick leaner with strong adaptability
